MH Fine Foods
Originally from Jamaica, founder Malcolm Henry moved to Canada in his 20's and attended George Brown College to follow is passion to become a chef. He has been fortunate enough to work in some of the biggest hotels in Detroit, Toronto and Jamaica, before becoming an Executive Chef for a hotel chain in Cambridge, Ontario. His passion for creating recipes didn't stop here, it was time to expand the MH Fine Foods sweet potato family and create dressings. MH's Tarragon dressing was the perfect addition, and the newest flavour, poppy seed. Three hot sauces and two salad dressings later, Malcolm decided to open a retail location of his own. Not only did he want to sell his own products, but he wanted to support other small batch sauce makers like himself. In August, he opened his door in Cambridge, Ontario and continues to add new products every month.
